African Leadership University Campus – Reception & Office Fit-Out Project
We successfully completed the renovation and interior fit-out of the reception and office spaces at the African Leadership University (ALU) Campus in Masoro. The project focused on creating a welcoming reception area and modern, efficient workspaces that enhance the campus experience for students, staff, and visitors.
Designed to reflect ALU's innovative and collaborative culture, the project combined functional planning with high-quality finishes to deliver a professional and contemporary environment.
The project included:
- Reception area renovation: Construction and fit-out of a modern reception space featuring premium finishes, custom reception desks, and an inviting visitor experience.
- Office partitioning: Installation of high-quality glazed and solid partitions to create functional offices, meeting rooms, and collaborative workspaces while maximizing natural light.
- Interior finishes: Installation of suspended ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, painting, doors, and decorative elements to achieve a clean and contemporary aesthetic.
- Custom joinery: Fabrication and installation of bespoke cabinetry, reception counters, storage units, and office furniture components tailored to the client's operational needs.
- Mechanical and electrical works: Integration of lighting, power, data infrastructure, air conditioning, and other building services to support efficient day-to-day operations.
- Quality finishing: Careful attention to every detail, ensuring durable materials, precise workmanship, and a professional finish throughout the renovated spaces.
